cooked chicken with peas, mange tout, baby corn and egg mixed into basmati rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Rice Stirfry

1 tbsp oil
100 g egg
100 g peas
87 1/2 g mange tout
87 1/2 g baby corn
560 g basmati rice
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
300 g Cooked chicken
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Rice Stirfry

  1. Beat the eggs lightly adding a bit of oyster sauce(Add a bit of salt if desired).

  2. Tear apart the chicken meat

  3. Heat wok and add oil. When oil is ready, pour the egg mixture into the wok and cook over medium heat, turning over once. Cook the other half the same way. Cut the egg into thin strips, and save for later.

  4. Stir-fry the peas, monge tout and baby corn over a high heat till slightly softened but still crunchy.

  5. Add oil, turn down the heat to medium and stir-fry the rice. Add the soy sauce, and oyster sauce then Add the chicken, peas, mange tout, baby corn, egg and pepper combining thoroughly.

  6. Continue stiring till thoroughly hot, then serve.
