75 g long grain rice
1 medium onions

1 whole egg
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for chicken rice stir fry

  1. Cut the chicken breast(s) into small pieces.

  4. Cut the other onions into 4 bigger chunks.

  5. 1) Boil the rice together with the big pieces of onion and some salt.

  7. 3) Add the vegetables when the chicken is almost done

  8. 4) Add the rice (the chunks of onion should have dissolved into smaller layers of onion)

  10. 6) Add a whole egg, stir again, wait until egg is done.
