Good way to use left over chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Rice Soup

2 c Chicken
12 c water
1/2 c Green Pepper
1 medium onion
4 Carrots
3 cloves garlic
1 stalk celery
1/2 c dry rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Rice Soup

  1. I use left over chicken. Boil chicken bones in 10 or 12 cups of water until the meat falls off. Cool and remove bones. Use the broth for the soup.

  2. Chop veggies and add to the broth and chicken.

  3. Add whatever spices wanted. I use mrs. Dash. If it does not have enough flavour, I add a package of onion soup mix.

  4. Simmer until cooked.
