Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Soup

1 cup Rice
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 Chicken Breast
1 1/4 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
6 cups water
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice Soup

Cut up chicken in bite size pieces. Cook in water with salt until cooked through. Add the rest of the ingredients except th 1/4 cup water and cornstarch. When the rice is done, make a slurry with the water and cornstarch and add to soup to thicken.
