Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and rice soup - quick and easy

1 cube chicken stock
1 litre boiled water
3 medium carrots
1 large leek
3 medium potatoes
4 oz turnip
1/2 cup rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken and rice soup - quick and easy

  1. Put water and stock cube in pan and bring to boil.

  2. Chop and cube all vegetables and add to pan.

  3. Add rice and simmer gently for 30 mins.
