Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Rice Salad

1/4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1/8 cup chopped Red Onion

1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/3 medium Hothouse Cucumber
0.13 cup Cheese

1/2 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
1 cooked chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Rice Salad

  1. Dice vegetables

  2. Cube the cooked chicken breast

  3. In a large bowl, mix the diced vegetables (sans tomato) & rice.

  4. Toss in Light ranch dressing.

  5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta & the tomatoes on top. Enjoy!
