Good old chicken and rice. Creamy, and delish! And, it's not that bad for you at all!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice

1.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 serving Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1 cup White Rice
2.5 serving Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 cup slices Carrots
0.5 serving fresh yellow onion

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice

Mix all ingredients together. Throw it in the oven at 350. Let it heat through (20 mins). Sprinkle with cheese. Enjoy!
