Original recipe calls for black olives and 1/2 stick of butter, but I left those out in the interest of saving calories!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice

24 oz (raw) Chicken
16 oz Spaghetti Sauce with Tomato
16 oz Water
1 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, diced Celery
0.25 cup Almonds Sliced
2 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
0.5 tsp Allspice, Ground
0.5 tsp Turmeric, Ground
0.25 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice

Cut chicken into pieces. Stir everything in slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
