Roasted chicken with low calories gravy

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and rice

2 lbs chicken thighs (about 6 bone in thighs with skin removed)
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
15 ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 tbsp Onion Soup Mix
1/2 cup Canned Mushrooms
1 Salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken and rice

Add all ingredients besides the chicken. Boil 2 cups of water and add to baking dish. Stir everything together and add cickrn on top. Cook 1 hour at 400
