Recipe Ingredients for chicken rice

6 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
2 cube Bouillon
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for chicken rice

  1. wash rice with the indian rinsing method until the water is clear

  2. sit and let soak until the rice turns white

  3. pour off soaking water and add fresh water until it's double the visible layer of rice

  4. bring water to a boil and simmer, covered with a well fitting lid

  5. stir occasionally not letting too much steam escape

  6. cook for 15 - 20 min, or until desired softness is acquired

  7. let cook partially covered

  8. serve
