1 thin chicken breast & 1 cup rice medley/serving

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Rice

1 3/4 cups water
1 cup Uncle Ben's Fast & Natural whole grain brown rice
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1/4 cup 100% parmesan grated cheese
1 Wyler's chicken cube
2 tablespoons Country Crock light
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Rice

  1. grill chicken breasts in olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon garlic

  2. shred carrot & zucchini and simmer remaining ingredients in saucepan for 12 minutes
