Chicken thighs and cream of chicken soup

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice

2 lbs. chicken thighs, no skin
10 3/4 oz. Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup white rice, uncooked

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice

Mix soup and water, pour into an oval or rectangle casserole dish. Add rice and stir. Place chicken thighs on top. Bake at 400 degree oven for 45 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake another 15 -30 minutes until as crispy as you like it.
