A great dish when you are in a hurry, only 30 min. to cook and serve. Each serving is 1 cup, apprx.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice

1 tbsp oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped up.
20 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
2 1/2 cup of water
3 cups of white rice, uncooked

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice

  1. heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

  2. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet.

  3. Add soup and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.

  4. Stir in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Drain and add peas during the last minute of cooking.
