Recipe Ingredients for chicken rice

1/2 cup white rice
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
4 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup bok choy
1 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for chicken rice

  1. steam chicken and bok choy

  2. slice breast

  3. cook rice

  4. add sliced cucumber, bok choy and chicken to rice

  5. sprinkle with sweet and sour sauce and chili

  6. serve warm broth on the side
