Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice

3 cups uncooked rice
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 cans evaporated milk

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice

  1. Combine all ingredients. Add onion powder and pepper. Pour into buttered casserole dish.

  2. Push 10 browned chicken tenderloins into mixture.

  3. Bake approx. 2 hours at 350. Remove cover and brown top for 15 minutes.
