Recipe Ingredients for chicken and rice

1 (411 g) chicken breast boneless, skinless
1 (62 g) green pepper
1 (101 g) carrots
1 (161 g) onion
1 T margarine
2 c brown rice

Recipe Directions for chicken and rice

  1. slice chicken into strips and brown in butter/margarine

  2. chop veggies and add to chicken when done to saute

  3. cook rice in rice cooker and add to chicken mixture with desired seasonings
