Recipe Ingredients for chicken, rice, pepper, onion

1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 medium White Onion

Recipe Directions for chicken, rice, pepper, onion

First start the rice to boil (cooks in around 9 mins). Then cut one chicken breast into small chunks and put it in a frying pan at a high temp with chopped pepper and onion. Fry them for 9 mins. Option of sprinkling some chilli powder on it at this point. Drain rice and mix in with the rest. Now serve
