Simple Chicken and rice casserole to feed the whole family

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, Rice and Peas

2 cups Chicken, Dark Meat
1/2 cup Brown Rice
1/2 cup White Rice
1 cup Peas
5 baby Carrots
1 Celery stalk
1/4 cup Milk
1 tbs Flour
1 cup Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken, Rice and Peas

  1. 2 cups of Chicken prepared by boiling

  2. Make Brown and White rice according to directions on box

  3. Boil Peas, Carrots and Celery for 5 minutes in a rolling boil

  4. In a large casserole dish combine above ingrdients. In a small jar combine milk and flour and shake well. Pour contents over ingredients in casserole dish and mix well. Add in cheese

  5. Bake a 350 until cheese is melted.
