Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice One-Pot Dinner

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups cream of mushroom soup
2 cups mixed vegetables
2 cups fat-free chicken broth
2 cups Instant White Rice
1 salt
1 pepper
2 tbs garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice One-Pot Dinner

  1. Place chicken breasts in a large pot on medium-high heat

  2. Add Cream of Mushroom soup, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to chicken

  3. Let cook for 15-20 minutes, occasionally stirring and breaking chicken into smaller pieces

  4. Add instant White rice

  5. Let cook additionally 10-15 minutes, until rice and chicken are completely cooked
