Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Noodles (Thai)

3 pound Roasted Chicken (1 chicken, shredded bone and skin removed)
3 1/2 cups Chicken Broth (2 cans)
4 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth (3 cans)
6 stalks Celery, raw, medium
5 medium Carrots, raw
1 head Cabbage, large
1 (medium) red Peppers
2 Leeks
4 oz (Thai Style) Rice Noodles
5 teaspoons Pepper, white
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice Noodles (Thai)

Peel and chop vegetables place in crock pot with broth salt and pepper for 6 hours on low After 6 hours add shreadded chicken and noodles cook another hour or tow as needed and serve with sweet and hot thai chili sauce per taste. About 2 cups per serving
