Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Rice from mom

800 grams skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cups brown rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Rice from mom

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Put all ingredients into large caserole dish and add 5 cups water. Mix with spoon. Bake at 450 for 1 hour or until rice is cooked. You may need to stir rice every 20 minutes.
