yum --- made me feel human again serving size is slightly less than a cup for 176 cals. fantastic lunch with a sandwich!

Recipe Ingredients for chicken and rice -- feel better soup

2 cups rice
50 oz. broth, chicken
1 1/2 cups carrots, baby
1 7/10 cups potato
1 onion, red
2 cups broccoli
2 cups cauliflower
1 cup carrots
3 cups chicken breast

Recipe Directions for chicken and rice -- feel better soup

  1. chop chicken.

  2. dump all in crock pot

  3. cook until done?

  4. I used a bag of frozen California veggies (broc, cauli, carrots) at the last minute in addition to the extra baby carrots, onion, and potatoes. I would have done peas and corn too, but it was just an experiment. turned out great!
