Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Rice Divan

2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup light mayo
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
450 g boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
1 cups Light Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Rice Divan

  1. HEAT oven to 375F.

  2. MIX milk, dressing, thyme and garlic powder in shallow 3-L casserole dish.

  3. ADD rice, chicken and broccoli; mix well.

  4. BAKE 30 min. Top with cheese. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted and liquid is absorbed.
