Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Rice Dish

1 cup long grain rice
12 oz corn
4 oz mozzarella cheese
6 oz mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz chicken
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
2 cups water
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp thyme
1 tsp ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Rice Dish

  1. Cut up chicken breasts into 1/2" chunks

  2. mix chicken, vegetables, cheese, spices, soup and water together in a bowl

  3. spread rice in a layer at the bottom of a 9/11 baking pan

  4. Cover rice with chicken mix

  5. bake in over at 350 for 45 minutes covered, then an additional 25 minutes uncovered
