I need to test this one again but it's always a favourite in our home - especially in the fall/winter! ***NOTE: The calories and recipe is WITHOUT chicken because I like to weigh the chicken afterwards!***

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Rice Dish

2 cup Organics Long Grain Brown Rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water
1 cup,+pieces+or+slices mushrooms
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup onion, minced
4 cups broccoli

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Rice Dish

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Mix the soup, water and spices together. Add rice and stir again.

  3. Mix in the veggies.

  4. Spoon a thin layer of the mixture on the bottom of desired pan then add chicken then top with the remaining mixture (it should cover the chicken pretty well)

  5. Cook until chicken is done - about 45 minutes or so.
