Easy one-dish meal that my kids love. Hearty meal for the calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Rice Cheesy Casserole

10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cups uncooked white rice
1/2 tbsp onion flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 1/2 cups chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless (cup,+chopped+or+diced)
60 grams 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Rice Cheesy Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Poach the chicken for 10 minutes and cut into cubes.

  3. Mix soup, water, rice, onion flakes, pepper, broccoli.

  4. Add chicken.

  5. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray and add mixture.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

  7. Uncover, stir, then add cheese and bake 3 more minutes.

  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
