Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Rice Casserole with Veggies

1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water
1 cups uncooked rice
1/2 cup onion
10 oz baby carrots
1/2 cup celery
10 oz frozen broccoli
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. chicken

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Rice Casserole with Veggies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix mushroom soup and 2 cans of water in 9x13 baking pan.

  3. Stir in rice, rest of water, vegetables, salt, pepper.

  4. Place chicken on top.

  5. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
