Rice and mixed vegetables with chicken breast logged separately

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice casserole

1 cup uncooked white rice
10 3/4 ounce can Campbells Healthy Request condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups water
1 ounce package dry onion soup mix
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread rice in the bottom of 9x13 pan. Layer with cooked mixed vegetables. Rinse chicken and pat dry; arrange on top of rice mixture. Mix chicken soup and water then pour over chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top. Cover tightly with foil and bake 60 to 90 minutes.
