Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Casserole

6 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
8 tbsp Regular Stick
1/2 cup Rice Sides Rice
1 cup White Rice
1 serving Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
1 serving 2% Reduced Fat Milk

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice Casserole

Heat oven to 375 then take a 13x9 inch pan and melt 1 stick of margarine.take out pan and lay down the breast along th bottom of the pan uncooked. In a mixing bowl mix together soup,milk package of chicken flavored rice and the minute rice. Stir until well mixed. Then evenly spread on top of the chicken and cover with foil. put in the oven for 30 min. covered. then take off the foil and do another 30 min. uncovered then let cool for 15 min and serve.
