Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Rice Casserole

8 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.67 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.67 cup dry White Rice
10 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Rice Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine milk, rice, soup, and season salt.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Pour mixture into lightly greased 8x8 baking dish.

  5. Add chicken.

  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 90 mins, stirring every 30 mins.

  7. Uncover and bake for another 15 mins to allow rice to brown.
