Simple and Easy Chicken Cassesrole

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Casserole

16 oz cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup white rice
1/2 cup sliced carrots, thawed
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup corn
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 pound chicken breast
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice Casserole

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. grease 11 by 7 baking dish

  3. In a bowl, combine soup, rice, carrots, peas, corn, and onion powder. Pour into prepared dish. Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then place in pan.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour (covered)

  5. Uncover and sprinkle cheese over chicken.

  6. Bake until the cheese is melted.
