Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and rice casserole

1 lb chicken breast
3 cups uncooked broccoli
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup brown rice
3 tbsp bread crumbs
3/4 cup shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken and rice casserole

Preheat oven 350. Braise chicken breasts. Mince broccoli. Once chicken is cooked through, add rice & liquid to cook rice. Once cooked together, chop chicken in the pan while you add minced broccoli & cottage cheese to mixture to combine. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish & top with cheese & breadcrumbs. Bake 45 minutes.
