Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Casserole

10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cup water
3/4 cup brown rice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup frozen carrots
1/2 cup frozen broccoli
1 pound boneless chicken breast halves

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice Casserole

  1. Stir soup, water, rice, black pepper and vegetables into a shallow baking dish.

  2. Top with chicken.

  3. Cover and bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked and rice is tender.

  4. Let casserole stand for 10 minutes.

  5. Stir rice before serving
