Recipe Ingredients for chicken and rice casserole

1 1/2 cup white rice
2 cups chopped skinless chicken
3 cups cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 cups fat free chicken broth
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup corn flakes

Recipe Directions for chicken and rice casserole

Combine soup, sour cream, and chicken broth and whisk in a large bowl. Pour 1/2 of soup mixture into 9X13 pan. Sprink rice and chicken evenly over soup mixture in the pan. Sprinkle with cheese and 1 cup crumbled corn flakes. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 1.5 hours. Remove foil for last 15 minutes of baking time to brown corn flakes.
