Baked chicken and rice with cream of mushroom, celery and onion. Very tasty and easy.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Casserole

16 ounces chicken breast
1 cup long grain white rice
305 g cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free
305 g cream of celery soup, 98% fat free
305 g cream of onion
2 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice Casserole

  1. Spread raw rice in bottom of 13 x 9 pan.

  2. Place chicken on rice. (Can put whole breasts or I cut mine into thirds)

  3. Heat soups and water in pan then pour over chicken and rice.

  4. Bake at 300 F for two hours.
