Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Casserole

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 chicken breast
10 1/2 ounces milk
2 1/2 cups white rice
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons butter

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice Casserole

  1. Thaw chicken breasts if frozen.

  2. Pre-heat oven to 350.

  3. Partially cook rice in same quantity of water (1:1 ratio).

  4. Combine milk and other ingredients in large mixing bowl.

  5. Add rice to soup mixture.

  6. Pour 3/4 of mixture into casserole dish.

  7. Add chicken breasts.

  8. Pour rest of mixture.

  9. Cook for 90 minutes or until browned on top.
