10 points per serving, very adaptable, freezes almost indefinitely before cooking, gets better as microwave leftovers, and everyone always wants the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Casserole

200 grams chicken (cooked)
3 cups rice (cooked)
1/2 onion (chopped)
4 tbsp butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
192 grams ritz crackers (crushed)

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice Casserole

  1. Boil chicken

  2. Cook rice

  3. Saute onions in butter

  4. Mix rice and chicken together with all ingredients and put in a 9x13" pan

  5. Crush one sleeve of crackers to sprinkle over the top (light covering)

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
