Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Casserole

3 breasts Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 cup Minute Rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice Casserole

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Pour rice into casserole dish.

  3. Combine soup and water and pour over rice.

  4. Cut chicken breasts into strips and place on top of rice and soup mixture.

  5. Cook for 60 minutes or until rice and chicken are thoroughly cooked.
