Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Rice Casserole

2 1/2 cups Cream of Chicken 98% Fat Free
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cups white rice long grain, uncooked
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
4 serving chicken

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Rice Casserole

  1. Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper, and vegetables

  2. Top with chicken, season chicken as desired

  3. Cover

  4. Bake at 375 F for 50 min or until chicken and rice are done.
