Chicken rice and veggies topped with cheddar

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Rice Casserole

2 cups chicken breast
1 1/2 cups rice, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups mixed vegetables
4 oz. cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Rice Casserole

  1. Cook rice.

  2. Saute chicken.

  3. Mix all ingredients, except cheese.

  4. Put half of mixture in casserole dish, cover with cheddar. Add remaining mixture and top with remaining cheddar.

  5. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until thoroughly heated.
