Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Rice (Arroz con Pollo)

8 ounce chicken breasts
1 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain - Raw, Enriched
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
1 small red pepper
1 tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup white wine
2 cups water
1 chicken boullion cube

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Rice (Arroz con Pollo)

Cut chicken into pieces and brown in oil. Add chopped vegetables and cook 5 minutes. Add raw rice (washed and rinsed)and chicken boullion. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes or till rice is tender.
