Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Rendang

1/2 chicken drumstick
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp chili
1/3 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp shallots
1/3 tbsp garlic
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp sugar
1/3 cup lemongrass

Recipe Directions for Chicken Rendang

  1. saute the shallots and garlic with the oil

  2. mix in the chili until cooked

  3. mix in the chicken

  4. mix in the coconut milk and lemongrass

  5. cooked until the chicken is well done and the coconut milk is thick and oily

  6. salt and sugar to taste.
