Recipe Ingredients for chicken rellenos

448 grams Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 pepper Green Chilies
2 slice Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
2 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese

Recipe Directions for chicken rellenos

  1. flatten chicken breasts

  2. remove seeds from chilis and pat dry

  3. process bread in blender for crumbs

  4. beat eggs and milk in small bowl

  5. slice 4 oz of cheese and shread the other 4

  6. encase a slice of cheese and a chili in a piece of chicken

  7. dip chicken in egg batter

  8. roll in bread crumbs

  9. place ib a baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray

  10. top with grated cheese

  11. bake at 350 for 30 min
