Easy chicken breast strips for lunch, salad, sandwiches, etc

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken

200 g boneless skinless chicken breast
1 spray olive oil
1 tbsp greek seasoning
1/8 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper Or Hot

Recipe Directions for Chicken

  1. Toss chicken stir fry strips (or cut up chicken breast) in bowl, spray with olive oil (1-2 seconds). Sprinkle with greek seasoning and add a few drops of sirracha.

  2. Stir well, cover and let stand in fridge for 2hrs.

  3. Spray pan with 1 second of olive oil, heat to medium. Add chicken and cook till done.

  4. Use in salads, sandwiches, pizzas, etc. Yum!!
