Roast Rosemary Chicken and Vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken

5 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 medium Carrots
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 large Onions
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tablespoon Rosemary
9 tsp Garlic
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
4 serving Kalamata Olives

Recipe Directions for Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 500 degress.

  2. Distribute chicken, carrots, peppers and onion.

  3. Drizzle with oi: sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and toss to coat.

  4. Roast 30 minutes, stirring once.

  5. Arrange on platter and add olives.
