Chicken Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for chicken

300 g chicken breast fillets, skin off , 2 fillets
1 lemon, sliced
70 ml wine
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 220C.

  2. Make a double layered foil bag.

  3. Score chicken breasts.

  4. Put all other ingredients into a bowl and mix together.

  5. Put the chicken in the bowl and rub liquid over it.

  6. Take slices of lemon from the bowl and lay flat on the foil. Lay the chiken on top.

  7. seal up three sides of the bag. Pour the liquid from the bowl into the bag.

  8. Carefully seal up final side and place on a tray.

  9. Bake in oven about 40 mins.

  10. When cooked be careful opening the bag - it will be puffed up with steam.

  11. Serve with steamed veggies or salad.
