Recipe Ingredients for Chicken ratatouille

12 oz cooked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
8 oz eggplant
16 oz Zucchini Squash (cup)
8 oz Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
15 oz Diced No Salt Added Tomatoes
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced peppers
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp Seasoning Blend

Recipe Directions for Chicken ratatouille

Saute all the sliced vegetables together in the garlic. Add in seasoning, tomatoes and chicken.
