Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Ranch Burgers

2 lb ground chicken breast
6 mushrooms
1 c fiber one cereal
1/2 t dill
2 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1/2 c fat free sour cream

Recipe Directions for Chicken Ranch Burgers

  1. Heat Grill.

  2. Grind fiber one to crumbs. Add spices.

  3. Mix ground chicken and spice/fiber, add sour cream. Form into 11 patties.

  4. Grill about 12 minutes - 6 minutes per side.

  5. Serve with lettuce, sliced onion, ketchup , mustard, whatever you like on your burgers!
