Chicken with Rainbow peppers over rice

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with Rainbow peppers over rice

500 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
186 grams Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
180 grams Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
375 grams Chicken
5 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
1 1/2 tsp Seasoning Blend
360 grams Jasmine Rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken with Rainbow peppers over rice

  1. Chop chicken to 1 inch pieces

  2. Chop peppers to 1/2 inch pieces

  3. Finely chop garlic

  4. Mix garlic, chicken, oil, peppers and Mrs Dash no salt southwest spice together.

  5. Pour into sprayed glass baking dish .

  6. Bake on 375 for 40 min.

  7. Serve over rice
