Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Quinoa

2 cup diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups quinoa
4 oz mushrooms
1 3/5 lbs chicken breast
10 oz spinach

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Quinoa

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.

  2. Dice chicken breasts and cook in non-stick pan; season with chili flakes and garlic powder.

  3. Combine all ingredients (spinach, canned tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken) with quinoa and heat through.

  4. Salt to taste.
